Namaste C.J. Here every morning I say, “I bow to the divine teacher within” whether it’s yoga or meditation that’s how I start. 🙏🏼 💫

I’m glad you never had to use a substitute teacher, Kristin! The one you have is the one you need. Good job!

Thank you, Kristin. It’s going to be interesting. We spent most of yesterday getting outside stuff stowed and picking up a few extra things at the grocery (candles, bottled water, batteries) in case we lose power. Thank you for your well wishes!

Hi C.J. Seems like forever.🤗 I am home and a tad jet lagged ... so pleased to be back in this space. Yes, when the mind surrenders to it's being ... and in the surrender is the awareness and acceptance that we are more expansive than the mind ... central to our human-ness ... we can embrace our mind with gratitude for its purpose ... not its control. Hope you are well? Sending love and hugs💜

It does seem like forever! I’ve loved your photos and thank you for sending them. You’re no bigger than a minute. How tall are you? LOL

😂 … and added to that the bum l did have has gone south, as happens post menopause, so l could moonlight as a popsicle stick 🤣🤣🤣. At least in aging, l accept my body … it is built for the ways l like to experience nature … not so sure about the arthritis setting in though l choose to look on that as the privilege of getting to an age to experience it 😜💜

You have a good way of looking at things —accepting yourself is very important. Except when I hear you say the word ‘arthritis’, I get the heebie-jeebies. I have osteoarthritis and I don’t want to share that with anyone, especially with a friend like you. It may be a privilege of old age, but does it have to be so painful? <giggle>

I don’t mean to dismiss the physical pain body C.J. My mother too had o-a too, l remember witnessing her pain and hope mine isn’t the . beginning of a normalising o-a pain… 🤦🏼‍♀️. I am off to sleep off the jet lag … hope the hurricane isn’t too dangerous C.J😘
