Hi C.J, l will finish packing today. Not leaving till tomorrow night so still got plenty of time. Will get to the airport in about 35 hours but who’s counting … if l am doing my math right 🤣. We don’t fly out till 11.30pm tomorrow 💜
Yes, and yes it will be hot. About 35 degrees. I like hot weather and it is still cold here so looking forward to some warmth. Yes, it will take us 26 hours to get there. I have my sleeping pills 🤣.
I woke up this morning thinking about a post I want to do and part of my thought is about the living for now with maybe no tomorrow and let go the past.
Lovely poetry. I often wonder whether the truth is in the unknowing. The un-naming. The letting go. 🙏❤️
Thank you very much for sharing, Jamie, and for your kind comment.
Gorgeous C.J 💕🙏
Thank you, Simone.
Are you ready to go? I’m so excited for you! You will be missed, sweet lady.
PS. I will miss you too 💜
😁😁❤️ Thanks!

You’ll be exhausted, but the nice kind of exhausted. Is the weather hot in Egypt? It’s desert, right?

35? That must be Celsius. But desert is desert. Hot and dry. Lots of sand!
Yes Celsius. We have dry heat in the south of Australia which l prefer to humidity so all good 😄
Ooo, you had me breathing in and out as I read this! Lovely poem!
Thank you, Valerie.
Ahhhh this is so lovely! And breathe ... ✨
Thank you, Trudi. I’m glad you like it.
Eerie ! Your first stanza !

I'm hearing the distant theme for the "Twilight Zone" playing in the background ...
That's interesting and eerie! Thanks, Ken.
