Illuminating, C.J. I often panic when I have disagreements and catastrophise that it means the end. Learning that it’s okay to argue at times and it is healthy has been a tough one for me. Also, I see colours just as you’ve described. Most frequently magenta that pulsates or sparks of pale blue light. This never scares me as it’s just beautiful. ✨
I remember reading years ago about synesthesia and chromesthesia and found the descriptions fascinating. Bottom line is I think it's a gift that you're fortunate to have and explore further. Here's a short comment - "There are two overall forms of synesthesia: projective synesthesia: seeing colors, forms, or shapes when stimulated (the widely understood version of synesthesia) associative synesthesia: feeling a very strong and involuntary connection between the stimulus and the sense that it triggers."

I’ve said before, Miss Trudi, we are kindred spirits. No need to panic, ok? It’s all for learning.
Thank you ❤️

You’re very knowledgeable about it, Gary. Thank you for sharing it with me.
