I’ve seen orbs of light flitting across the ceiling of an old home we lived in. These were, I’m sure, spirits or souls, but were harmless. I’ve not sensed them in my dreams … yet 💫
I’ve had those whispers and premonitions since I was a child as well. The last two nights, I’ve felt total consciousness in my body during meditation. It’s like a light bath for my entire being. I’ve also had many of those experiences you’re describing.
Hello Jamie. I agree and I thank you for your kind comments. My guide has been a large help but true to the title, “Guide”, they don’t really teach — they “guide” us to where we can find our own answers. Mine keeps telling me I ask too many questions. My answers are all inside me.
These experiences fascinate me. I wonder whether the negative perspectives people have derive from films and the media that try and scaremonger people into not exploring these dimensions.

My father came from Eastern Europe and we had family friends when I was growing up. the mother's same was Zora which means Dawn. How interesting: dawn, light , enlightenment etc? No urgency coming from me for you to write but I am interested of course.💜. Thank you.

I have a friend who saw the orbs.
An other friend has been visited by her guides.
And know many people who have travois of body.
I traveled out of body once as an adult and flew around earth at incredible speed.
I even became one with light which was blissful ✨and loving 🥰.
And had a past life experience of a hundred years ago.
After the light experience I knew everything is ONE.
