Most of the misery of life can be summed up in one word, ‘control’. Control is an attempt by Mind and Ego to establish dominance over a situation, or person.
Control is a refusal to accept what IS and allow a situation to just BE. It is a refusal to work within our feelings, and the need for Ego to establish control with the Mind.
